Walk-a-thon graphic/logo color illustration

Information on the business: Women's rights-social justice non-profit
Design details: This illustration will be used from banners to flyers and letterhead. Thus, it will be part of the branding for the event in years to come. The Walkathon title is "Heels on the Pavement" to give an idea of the concept, the words are not included in the design though. Various women's shoes could be utilized. Optional: This will be held in Denver CO, so the silhouette of Pikes Peak mountain in the background could be used -- if feasible.
Target audience: all ages, genders - socially aware, involved in their communities
Ideas for the visual style: Nothing intricate, bold, classy, diversity
Things to avoid: pink
Preferred colors: Gold and Purple

As for colors, historically gold and purple were used by suffragettes fighting for women to vote. Versatile for sizing.
