Vectorize Images

I have three images that I need converted to layered, vectorized files so that I can burn screens for screen printing.
Any part of the image that is multi-colored needs transferred to just one color (for example, the tree is a couple different shades of brown) . All three images need to be round. The third images has words around around it (they are hard to see, I can help if need be) that need added in a font similar to the first two images.
