URGENT! Custom Animated Artwork For 2D Game

Looking for someone who has high experience in generating animated computer arts for a 2D game. Communication between us and you will be kept frequent as we have a design preset in our heads. All you have to do is capture our imagination and put it on paper- well actually on the computer :0) Payment is negotiable depending on quality of job but 25$ is base price. The uploaded image is my current drafting copy. These sprites cannot be used as they are copyright so I am looking for something like this but I am most definitely open to ideas.
