Two infographics for Financial Planning business

Design details: Attached are two briefs for infographics. They will be posted to a website in the first instance, but are required in a format (ideally vector) that can be easily scaled and modified for different uses.

Attached is also a style guide, along with various logo formats. Note that one of the briefs includes a previously created infographic, however this should serve as an example rather than a guide.
Target audience: Middle aged professionals planning for or transitioning to retirement, male and female
Ideas for the visual style: Age appropriate based on audience
Preferred colors: As per style guide
Where the design will be used: print, web, email, mobile
