Twitter header picture design

Design details: I have created myself a twitter header image but I have absoloutly no design skills and it looks rubbish. I have attached my current attempt.

I am looking a freelancer to create me a picture which conforms to the Twitter size conventions, this blog post seems a sensible summation of them: http://www.twelveskip.com/tutorials/twitter/1267/twitter-header-size-dimension-2014

I would prefer something with a light tone to it, but something that doesn't look quite as knocked up in paint as my attempt.

I require the deliverable to be as .png format in the size noted above.
Ideas for the visual style: Something funky and tech based
Preferred colors: I don't mind
Where the design will be used: Twitter
