Tutorials in photoshop CS3/CS6/Illustrator

Hi

Having studied Surface Design, I am now specialising in Textiles based in London. I am currently doing a collection of fashion textile pieces. The collection varies from detailed paintings to drawings they will be printed of A4/A3 sizes which may vary to be larger. I am looking for someone who can give me tutorial lessons teaching me the basics in depth (scanning dpi/res, files sizes, layers,) repeating patterns, and progressing on to more advance areas of Photoshop CS6, Illustrator, and perhaps Vector works. I am flexible at during the week or weekends. I would like to find out your feedback if this is the type of area you cover, your hourly rate, also if you are registered as a freelancer.
