Trash Polka World War II (Britain) Themed Tattoo

Hello all,

I am looking to have a full lower leg tattoo designed. I currently have trash polka styled tattoos on my other leg. I am looking for a world war II themed tattoo, focussing on Britain's effort in the war so a little history and knowledge of this subject would be great.

Something related to the little ships of Dunkirk

The tattoo will cover the whole of my lower leg, from my ankle to my knee.
