Three icons / symbols required

I need three graphic devices / icons which will be used primarily on our website. The business is "recruitment by rewarded referral" whereby a person who refers an opportunity to a candidate (who is subsequently appointed) is rewarded with a £multi thousands reward. Our audience is highly professional and demanding.

The graphics need to be very simple / crisp in the style of those at http://www.davorvaneijk.com/ and need to indicate "Employer" "Referrer" and "Candidate"
