Tattoo design needed

I would like to have a tattoo design made up for me for a back tattoo. The tattoo will be a black tree, with roots as a starting point at my right hip, and finishing off in swirls, leaves, flowers and birds on my left shoulder.
I already have two tattoos (right hip, left shoulder), that are swirly, and need to be integrated. I've already got one freelancer working on one option, so I am a lot clearer on what works than I was. I would like two designs to chose from, though, hence this second post.
I would need the final design (after an expected 5-10 email and design exchanges with me) by the 10th of November.
