Svg silhouette skyline image with tree

I'd like to create a view from an office window. The view would have two parts - a skyline in paler grey, and a tree to frame the right-hand end of the window, in a mid grey, with a few green leaves appearing, maybe from a branch that dips in along the top of the image. The sky needs to be blue - #83C6E2.

The finished image is to be painted in, starting with the skyline, and then the tree.

I'll draw the window frame as a separate image, to be laid over the top.
