This is an internal project for us at peopleperhour.com
We are redesigning our Home Page (mock up attached) and we require someone to design the 'How it Works' image. We have done a very crude mock up to show what we have in mind but this is by no means the final product. What we need is a polished design that succinctly and clearly illustrated each of the 4 steps.

We are looking for a fast response as this needs to be done asap
before we commission anyone we will want to see proposed mockups of the design
(We are also open to other suggestions for improvement as you are also users of the site)
