Snazz up a charity sponsorship proposal in an editable format (e.g. word / ppt)

We have put together a 13-slide ppt sponsorship proposal. All the content is there. We just need someone to make it look zingy and not so much like a boring ppt. It will be sent out to prospects in pdf format - but we can't ask the designer to do it in a graphic design software package because we'll need to be able to tailor the proposal for different prospects and can't afford the time to keep going back to the designer for minor changes. Therefore, word / ppt format would be best.

We need this done asap.
