Simple homepage (Graphics only, i have own developers)

I require a homepage (Graphics only as I have own developers) for my new concept, I have a good idea of what I need and its going to be a simple style design, I will supply more details if price suits anyone? to give a clue its in the car servicing market and will feature a number plate look up graphic as the main function for the page, along with bullet points to promote our unique concept, the website style and simple design I like is shiply.com and webuyanycar.com - the layout suits the way I would like to take this website. The colours I would like to feature is blues, greys, and hints of yellow, this is because I have another website with this theme and I want to try and keep uniformed.
