Simple graphics job

I need the graphics for this app(attached) recreating but with a new theme: -

Keep all images the same size

Also for the following 3 files: -

tileGreen.png - make a solid green colour and add the head from bird1.png
tileRed.png - make a solid red colour and add the head from Mich1.png
tileWhite.png - make solid white colour and add the head from calum1.png

Finally, create a 1024 x 1024 pixel icon the same as icon_example.png, but remove the feet and the number '5' and replace with the heads from bird1.png, Mich1.png, calum1.png and Asht1.png in (images_to_use.zip)
