Simple graphic re-design (Illustration for college assignment)

Design details: As part of a college assignment I am looking for the attached graphic to be re-dsigned so that it is more readable when copied and pasted into a word document.

As you can see my effort is not, and the work will be unmarkable if it is not readable

So I am looking for a very basic re-design of the graphic with accompanying text both in the graphic and to the right.

By all means make it look prettier with a better design and you can change the colours if you like. The idea of a funnel must remain the same (albeit with curvy edges if preferred!) but the main thing is that it is presented as a Jpeg that I can copy into an A4 word document assignment and it will still be readable if filling half the page or so.

This should be a relatively quick job for someone to complete. I am looking to pay no more than £10 and hope to have it done within the next 24hrs.
