I need to confirm the qualification of a shadow analysis that was previously done for my project. The planning officer requested confirmation because they doubted that the analysis was done by a qualified professional. Unfortunately, I am unable to contact the architect who originally did the analysis.
I am looking for a qualified architect or specialist who can:
Review, proof the previously done shadow analysis.
Provide a document confirming their qualification for the planning officer.
