I have a small streetfood business but I want to expand into bricks and mortar. In order for landlords to take me seriously, I need to have a landlord pack. Part of that pack is an illustration of how my restaurant might look i.e. my branding and layout.
Note: I do not have a restaurant or any size or dimensions, so my guidelines are very loose. I just need something that looks great and is going to wow any landlord i show it to.
