Redesign Business Park Site Map with flowing & inviting artwork

I would like our business park map redesigned. Whilst accurate, it is currently very blocky, formal and uninviting. Using artwork and more flowing fonts I would like the map to be more animated like and architect/site plan. I imagine a map with hand drawn landmarks for example an oak tree or a building with its own identity to help visitors find their way around the site. The map will be made into a large sign (eg. 3m x 2m )for visitors to see on entering the site.
