Hi,
I think it would be great if you are ready to put the amount in escrow and award project to single person.
It is ignorance of time and effor one puts in completing a project.
I would happily bid for the project if above fullfills.

Hello,
I also believe this is a kind ignorance of effort that freelancer put in the work.
This does not go this way.
I would also bid for this project if you are ready to put the money in escrow and award it to a single person. -

I also agree with made comment above. Asking designers to do the work then you select and pay, is not the intention of this platform. There has to be a certain amount of trust between buyer and freelancer and this platform makes it 'safer' for both parties involved, holding deposit etc.
I would be happy to bid for the job if you were to take out this clause and value the time and effort that would be needed to be put to do the job without guaranteed payment.
Thanks -

Hi Michael,
Thanks for the invitation. I'd be happy to make a proposal, but I don't feel comfortable when you say:
"PLEASE SEND A COMPLETED SAMPLE OF THE FINISHED WORK. The design that looks closest to the the original design will be accepted"
This suggests that you intend multiple designers to create something for you, just for you to pick your favourite. The time spent on creating the designs for you would be wasted for the freelancers who would not win the proposal. You simply have to look a few people's portfolios yourself to get accustomed to the skill level that is on offer. I frankly find it unacceptable that you expect people to basically work for free, in the hope that you'll throw an accepted proposal their way.
