Real Estate Site Plan Needed

I am looking at a small piece of property to build a 9,500 to 10,000 square foot retail building. I need a site plan done, preferably layed out over google earth. I have an idea how I'd like to position the building as well as where to put all parking spots. I need to make sure my design works with teh appropriate parking and width of the road circulating the parking lot. Using the allotted land, I will need to make sure my building and 25+ parking spots can fit. Samples of the type of work I am looking for are attached. I can share more information.
