Re draw digitally original artwork.

I need an illustrator to redraw digitally this piece of art work on to a canvas 12.2M x 6.1 at a resolution of 100dpi full size and RGB. - It could be done at 1/10 of the size at 1000 dpi

It is important to understand that this is a redraw of the artwork and simply a rescaling of the artwork supplied.

We would require the layered Photoshop file. Happy to consider it vectorized if you can get the same feel.
