Re draw a simple design

I have a design of a boat.

Its simple top down layout.

I need it re drawn so it can be worked on.

1. Re draw boat. Old version attached.

2. I have 3 layers to put on it. Each layer will be its own file. There won't be one with all layers on it.

3. Ill print the basic plan and hand mark up a new layer.

4. Keeping it simple to understand is.key.

5. Need it all completing by Tuesday morning.

6. vector format to be supplied (SVG or similar for example)
