Re-create icon

Information for the business: Interiors Company
Design details: We have a blackbird icon which is used as part of our logo, but we need it re-creating, exactly. We need files that allow us to drop it into current indesign and photoshop templates without any issues - so we need to cover all bases.
Ideally we would also like it in a variety of colours, including:

Green - Pantone #337c
Gold - Pantone 7555c
Dark Grey #333333
White

This icon will be used for both print and web.
Ideas for the visual style: Same as current icon
Where the design will be used: Print & Web
Extra notes: When I currently drop it into files either indesign or photoshop it comes up with a mark behind it which blemishes the background - this task is to create files that stop this from happening.

This icon is required before Monday.
