HI
I have previously had the attached work done by a structural engineer on PPH however there are many missing details.
I would like to know the following:
Pad requirements for columns
The UB 254x146x47 will sit on a 60-70 thick stone wall. What are the padstone requirements?
We have concrete slab pads that run across existing beams. These pads will no longer be supported once we install the ramp. The are 30cm thick and are as per attached pics. How can these be supported?
We have a basement underneath the 1st floor.
