Quick Icon Tweak

I need a quick vector icon tweak to an existing design, ideally within a few hours. It's a small job that I could probably do myself if I persisted but I have other things I need to get on with.

essentially, the attached file needs recreating with 4 different versions:

Level 2 - 2 Stars
Level 3 - 3 Stars
Level 3 + - 3 Stars and + symbol
Level 4 - 4 Stars

The background needs to be transparent, the colour as is (white) and without any padding.
