PSD Font Style. Plasticine letter and numbers and symbols.

Design details: I am looking for a specific style of font. Whilst I dont need a font, I need letters, numbers and a few symbols. However, What is important is the style of such. I have attached an image of a plasticine font. I love this style and font. I want it as close to this as possible but in another colour. You may not clone this image. It must be built from scratch as I will require rights to it. You also may not distribute the images or fonts after this job.

I will require the following:

Full english alphabet. A-Z in CAPITAL LETTERS ONLY
numbers 0-9
Symbols: ! @ £ # $ % & * ( ) - + = ? ™

I Require that ***VERY IMPORTANT*** the blue color as demonstated in the second image of the blue plasticine man. I will require the light glaze and shade. I need it to look EXACTLY like the blue man. I need it to look like the same person has made the font as the man.

This job if to make a PSD file that I can simply enter some text and it will generate the correct text. I will consider VERY close font types to make the PSD file. but it must be in the blue man style plasticine look.

I may consider just the images but this will be a last resort.
