Print & Email Newsletter Template

We are looking for a designer to put together a template that can be used for A4 printed & email newsletters.

We will be printing & sending various newsletters during the year so we will require the colours/imagery to be changed to suit the seasons (Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter)

The name of the newsletter will be (of-is) gossip, i have supplied a jpeg (gossip.jpg). I would like to use the same font but change the text to 'get all the latest office' I also had the idea of using the icon from the app as the dot on the 'i'. I can supply icon without pink background.

I have also attached our logo which the ® symbol will need to be added top right in a superscript position.

We would like template to be produced in Indesign.

We have video, twitter background and website designed so the colours, fonts etc can be taken from these.

We will require the designer to supply the native files as well as html for the email newsletter.

If you have experience with email marketing software this would be an advantage to help us set it up, but not essential.

We have set a fixed budget but if you think you can add more ideas that will enhance what we are trying to achieve please make your bid explain in your bid why you bid over our budget.
