Print based magazine

I am looking for a graphic designer for a print based publication. I am creating a sort of women's magazine for my project. I am looking for someone that can creatively direct and take full responsibility of the magazine 60- 80% of the time. As I will be creating a website to go along with it.

Very experienced in Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator animation and lots more. The person has to be visually creative, unique and can work with me to see what best look we can create. i.e. typography, colour palette, fonts, layout and image retouching.

I am looking to pitch the concept to investors and I will need great results in such a short period of time.
