Prepare t shirt logo for my business

hi,

I'd like a fairly simple logo made for my business. I want something that looks exactly like the design in the first attachment, changed text, and the logo in the centre to be replaced by a similar style drawing of the tower in the other attachments (I can get plenty more views of the tower).

The design will ultimately be printed on tshirts so should be delivered in a suitable size and resolution for that purpose.

You will also need to transfer ownership and copyright of the design.
