Prepare 5 images for web page and change a logo

I need 5 banners prepared for a website. I will provide the orginal images and you will need to optimise them so that they are of an acceptable resolution whilst small enough not to affect load times. Please have a look at the attached sample. I require images to be the same size and also dimensions. If you cannot achieve the same result to the sample then please do not bid!

Then I also need to have some small changes made to an existing logo. I have the PSD files for you to work from. This is changing some text and making a very small change to the logo image.
