Poster design for a welcome 2010 party

We are a non profit organisation that organising this welcome to 2010 party on 12th january. I need a poster design for it, Our budget is not so high for this project by the way. We can only pay around £20 for the design. It is very simple. We know the colours and everything, We just need an attractive design.

We are looking for a talented graphic designer for this project.

Preferably in or near to manchester.
