Poster Design

I am looking for a good graphic designer to design some posters. I am a Spiritualist Medium and need posters for various projects going forward. (demonstrations, private readings, fairs etc) I can only pay £15 per poster at the moment, and the posters will be for a3/a2 printing. i would also like to be able to have the posters printed as a6 flyers. the designer i am looking for must be professional, and be able to turn around my jobs quickly. I would also like a logo design for my website
