PHPPROBID Skin Customization.. Dating, 1x logo + 2 x banners

1. I have a website which uses PHPPROAUCTION, so for starters it would be nice if you are familiar with the software.

2. I have one of the default skins installed (see attached). So you can see what needs editing.

3. What I require...
a) 1 x logo, I need a logo design for my site! Something remeberable.
b) 2 x small banners, both are to be used to advertise the site but each has a different aspect. One for the opportunity to choose who you want to date, second the opportunity to earn money through going on dates.
c) I need the site to have a complete overhaul in design (the layour of the site is fine, no template alterations are needed with regards to layout). I would like all the icons to be redesigned to suit a dating site. The colours to be redone to suit a dating site.

Please note that the logo you design and the customisations you do to the skin must match or compliment each other.

Basically at the moment my website looks like it should be used for some technical gadgets, it doesn't look or feel like a dating site. This needs to change.

Please bid with your price and a description/vision of what you would do for this specific project. If you just send me a list of urls and say you are some sort of company I will point blank ignore you. I want to know what you will do for this project specifically.

P.S please don't bid if you are way outside of my budget, this job doesnt require coding but it requires some graphics to be made, a logo, a couple of banners and changes to the CSS files.
