Photoshop Wizard - Background removal & to supply me with the Selection / Alpha Channel

******* PLEASE VIEW THE ATTACHED FILE BEFORE BIDDING - THAT IS THE FILE I AM WISHING TO HAVE ITS ALPHA CHANNEL FOR. ********

The work I want done is to the attached image (though I will provide you with the TIFF rather than the JPG I have attached here).

I want *ALL* of the hair detail retained for the subject - none to be missing !! (not even the wispy bits !).

As already mentioned, I will supply the TIFF file (I've attached a jpg simply because it is smaller - so that I could upload it for you to see what we are dealing with).

The finished work will be to send me back the image file with the Selection, Mask, Alpha channel, or whatever, INCLUDED IN IT so that I can put in a background of my choice

The jpg I have attached is the same resolution as the TIFF file original to be worked on (i.e. 12mp).

Please, this has to be done to the highest standards I WANT IT TO INCLUDE ALL THE HAIR - EVEN THE WISPY STRANDS) - I've given up with it, so you must know what you are doing !

I work in Photoshop CS4 (PC) so the return file must be compatible.

ALSO NOTE - I am on a VERY LOW budget, so please do not take this as an insult to your expectations. If it's too low for you simply do not bid (I cannot afford to pay more otherwise I would. And if no one bids, I'll do it myself, and take my time !)
