Photoshop - Fix logo of low resolution issues

I have a logo, which is attached with this quote, which is very low resolution. I would like the logo to be fixed, so that all of the edges are not blurry.
Please review the logo attached and fix this on photoshop, or any other editing programme. The logo should have fixed and sharp edges all the way round and should remain unchanged in sized, shape and colour. High resolution is needed for a website and for printing.

This should only take 10-15 minutes for someone competent on photoshop. I will be looking for an immediate turnaround on this, once the correct person has been selected.
