Photoshop an image like Rihanna's instagram post

I would suggest changing the colour of the roses to the shades in her post and putting her book over the dog - maybe a version with pink glasses or if too difficult ok to leave out! And flipping the image so he is facing the same way.

Need this done today and formatted for instagram as 1080 x 1080 png file.

Small budget for this one but bigger budget for continuous work ongoing.
