Photograp turned to a vector

HI guys,

I need to turn this photograph into a vector image, much like the ones attached. The reason i'm not using the attached vector images is because i can't get a license for use. So i'm recreating a similar image!

This is not a Photoshop and threshold job, this requires an illustrator or designer who is very good at creating these kinds of visuals within adobe illustrator.

I like the style and detail in the vector image attached, there's a really nice use of line within the gloves that i'd like to replicate in the new image. Drop me some quotes! Many thanks :) Paul
