The job will involve photo animation with natural fade-in/fade-out of some parts of the photo.
The photo is a Black & White photo and has been taken with the sun reflection creating blurry tiny white circles. Some of those white circles have to become alive and be animated in the most natural way as possible involving fade-in/fade-out. In other words, they have to appear and disappear, creating a nice and arty effect.
