PDF - edit file (change logo / contact details)

I have a 12 page PDF brochure and no way to edit it, 4/5 pages need changing to our logo/contact details because we are re-sellers for this product. The changes are minimal, and I would expect the person with the expertise to change this will be able to do this in about an hour or so.
I can provide the pdf and list of changes required so that you can quote accurately, please see samples of changes required.
We have the necessary permission to carry out this work.
