One character design required

Design details: I want this one character (music teacher) to follow the same depth, design and quality as those found in the "original". She needs to blend in with the others in design. At the moment she looks to much like a vector image. If this means using the eyes, hair, shoes, clothes from the original character to develop a new character - so be it. Naturally, you will need to change the colour and some designs. I have found this is the only way to achieve the same depth of quality, detail and consistency in the design.
