Minimalistic design for a website and layout/template wanted. No flash.

Blocks to include:
- site logo
- header image/pattern (optional)
- header site search box
- header menu buttons
- left sidebar user menu box (login area)
- left sidebar category list box
- main area (for article text, list of search results etc.)
- right sidebar advertising box
- footer with standard text links and copyrights

It\'s more of having designer taste, picking right colors and fonts rather than drawing or messing with hi-res photos.

You have to create sketch to approve first, then make a layout for programmer to add to site CMS (custom).
