New website banner and web buttons design to liven up website.

I am looking for a designer to put together a new website banner for our guttering website.
The banner will include our logo (to be supplied) and will include some images that will change.
The images will be supplied but they may need some editing in order to fit in the banner and to group together to make product group shots.

Also within the job we are looking to replace the product category buttons that you see on the home page and the sub category buttons that you will see if you click through. These buttons must be able to fit in a lot of text as the product category descriptions can be long. They should be supplied in a template type button so that we can edit the text on a basic paint programme to create extra buttons when we need to.

There is also a delivery charge graphic that we need redesigning in the same style as the newly created buttons. (You can see this on the right panel if you click through to an individual item). As you can see the correct one is too small and can’t be read very easily.
