NEEDED TODAY: Photoshop - On Screen Graphics For Video Production

On screen graphics for video production.

I need on screen graphics producing in Photoshop for a video production we're working on.

Please see the attached examples.
The three 'quadrant examples' are still frames from the video we are producing.

The examples are a very rough mock up of on screen call-outs needed to highlight key areas of the image.
The video will be freeze framed and the call outs layered on top of them as a .png

The rough mock up needs to be brought up to a professional level and be supplied in a layered .psd
When I say professional, I also mean stylish. As you can see - the example was done in Microsoft Paint.

Each call-out needs to be on a separate layer.

For the mock up which shows a magnification element, please use the high resolution stills from the 'High Resolution Stills' folder.

Also needed is a text layout for the product's 7 key features.
In the folder 'x7 Product Features' there is a high resolution still for reference.
I would like the product features given below to be laid out, again in a stylish fashion.
Each of the 7 features will need to be on a separate transparent layer, supplied in .psd

Text to be laid out on product features:

1: Lighted LED make up mirror
2: Full-size, everyday vanity mirror
3: Wall-mounted mirror
4: Compact, travel friendly mirror
5: Handheld mirror
6: 10x magnification mirror
7: Makeup organizer
