Need to create a professional award for businesses that can be displayed

This is in American dollars... We are Looking for someone creative to create a award layout for businesses... The awards they receive are based on customer feedback.. We were thinking of the word Accolades.. Or platinum or diamond awards.. The company giving these out is called iTrueReview LLC. . We need something professional.. Other Thoughts were having one big star or having 5 stars with the one in the center as the largest one.. You can see we are all over the place with ideas, so we need someone creative to help. This person needs to be able to lay this out with professional fonts (something cool) and design layout. This is something we would want to send out and have framed behind a mahogany frame. If you submit for this job...you'll have to have a few ideas to share at that time. We are sorry it's a little vague but were starting from scratch... . Our logo is attached.. Since these awards are customer chosen that might be something you might want to consider having in the award.. We are NOT looking for certificates but plaques.
