Need help with some graphics for a document I'm working on.

I have a naming standard document I am writing for work, and have a couple of illustrations in it that I would like help improving. I put something together with my basic skills, but they look very basic. I'm wanting to get something a little more polished and professional looking.. Would love for the final product to be in some sort of vector format so that if I need to change the text in the illustration, I could do it without having to re-create the artwork from scratch..

I'm also going to put up another project to get help with the styling of the whole document in general. Its going to be on our Confluence 5 wiki page, so I would need someone familiar with that. Right now the document is functional, but again, I would like someone to help with just making it more polished and professional looking. If someone wants to help with both projects, that is great. Otherwise, I'm good with someone just helping with the artwork/illustrations under this project.
