Need Graphics Design for Advanced Business Logo

Information for the business: Gardner - Complete Automotive Repair
Design details: Need to create an advanced logo - requiring solid graphic design skills. The graphic will be circular (like a coin) - the business name: Gardner, will be spaced out over the top. (I'm considering the text in white, over a red background - however I'll also defer to the artist's judgement).

The center of the graphic will be transparent, made to look like a film of glass (or water) -- and a classic car will be coming through it (towards the viewer at a slight angel. The front of the car, passing through the portal, will look new and visually stunning; while the back portion, that has yet to travel through the glass, looks rusted, broken down and decrepit.

On the bottom portion of the graphic, opposite of 'Gardner' - on the outside rim, "Complete Automotive Repair". (It will have the same red background as 'Gardner' - this text may also be in white with a shadow effect, or some other flare recommended by the artist.)
Ideas for the visual style: Gardner Automotive is Hispanic Owned - in a predominant Hispanic area, however they service and support all vehicles and peoples.
Preferred colors: Company Colors are red and white -- however on the car coming through the portal I think a green paint would be visually striking.
Where the design will be used: Primarily for use on Websites and digital Media. We may commission additional derivatives (black & white versions for example) for other media.
