Need freepost artwork designed to specifications provided

I need FREEPOST artwork designed / laid out to specifications. I will provide the specifications. The artwork will be printed on white envelopes of size:
DL size 110mm × 220mm no window. Only certain fonts are allowed. I will give the address and license number to the winning bidder to add. No logo required.

Attached are the specifications and fonts allowed. The service is Reply Standard, FREEPOST Standard. Look at pages 19-24 for specifications and fonts allowed. I need first class. Do not use the online generator tool as the PDF\'s from the artwork generator do not include fonts as an embedded subset.

I need a print ready pdf i can give to the printers.

Have you done this before. People Per Hour don\'t allow attachments larger than 1MB so am not able to attach royal mail response services user guide (3.21MB) which has specifications to lay the address and first class indicia.
