Need a graphic copying (simple/quick job)

I need an image bascially copying and puting into all the file formats.

The only ammedments I need is the two images changing at the bottom and also the writing changing.

I need one map to be of the UK.

I need the second map to be Portugal.

The heart in the UK should be placed on Coventry

The heart on Portugal should be placed on Albuferia.

The writing below the UK needs to say "Brandon & Caleb"

The writing below Portugal should say "Nana L"

Everything else will need to remain exactly the same
