Need 3 images creating

I need 3 images creating (All portrait)

Can you make the top 450 pixels the header include the words 'Slapshot Magazine' (example image attached - pic1.png)

The remainder of the image I need quite plain as it will eventually be filled with
magazine front covers, buttons and text (as shown in attached image pic2.jpg)

One thing to keep in mind is the text 'June 2013' (black), 'Issue 1 Slapshot Magazine' (grey) and buttons 'read' (white text, red button) & 'archive' (red text, white button) will always look the same, so please bear in mind those colours when designing. The strip along the very top, which says 'Slapshot Magazine' will always look black too.

Keep the wording - 'How to use this app'

Along the top replace 'Tap and hold the screen to show the top bar' with: -

'Double tap anywhere on the screen to show the top bar'

And replace 'Tap home to return to the home page' with: -

'Tap Slapshot Magazine to return to the home page'

Along the bottom replace 'Tap and hold the screen for nav bar to appear' with: -

'Double tap anywhere on the the screen for nav bar to appear'

Keep: 'Swipe horizontally to advance through pages'
Keep: 'Tap to select and check out desired page'
