Need 3 anatomical positions w/ realistic model illustrution

Attached are 2 examples of female/male realistic-model illustrations i need that I pulled from internet. I need similar but different as to not have problems with copyrights. I need male and female illustrations in 3 different anatomical positions (anterior, posterior, and lateral view). Notice that the hands in both anterior views are not flat, so this is NOT correct anatomical positioning. I'm attaching a skeleton with an example of how I would like the lateral view to be illustrated.
